Program ini bertujuan untuk membekali lulusan dengan pengetahuan teoritis dan keterampilan praktis dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan keselamatan makanan (seperti kimia makanan, ilmu gizi, mikrobiologi, rekayasa makanan, manajemen keamanan pangan) yang dapat bekerja di industri terkait makanan dan mempromosikan keamanan pangan di masyarakat.
