Entry Requirements
- Ijazah SMA dengan nilai rata-rata 7-9
- Ijazah D3 dengan IPK minimum 2.5
Syarat bahasa inggris:
- Credit in O-Level English
- TOEFL dengan minimum score 80 untuk Internet-based test, atau minimum score 550 untuk paper-based test, atau minimum score 2013 untuk computer based test
- IELTS dengan score 6.0 dan keatas.

Curriculum
- Program ini terdiri General University Requirements (GUR) dan empat bidang utama studi: ilmu-ilmu dasar, ilmu Optometric, ilmu klinis dan pelatihan klinis dan profesional.
- Tahun Satu dan Dua berkonsentrasi pada pendidikan umum dan ilmu-ilmu dasar untuk mendirikan basis suara pengetahuan.
- Tahun Tiga dan Empat mengembangkan teknik klinis Optometric siswa untuk praktek klinis.
- Tahun Empat dan Lima (5 semester) fokus pada pelatihan klinis. Siswa memeriksa pasien dan mendapatkan pengalaman klinis yang berharga.
- Sebuah proyek penelitian dilakukan di Tahun Empat dan Lima.
