Entry Requirements
- Sebuah gelar Master dari salah satu lembaga Pemerintahan Malaysia yang terakreditasi atau kualifikasi setara lainnya yang disetujui oleh Senat IUKL
- Penguasaan bahasa Inggris yang cukup untuk dengan memuaskan melengkapi program ini (di mana kebutuhan para kandidat dapat diperlukan untuk mengikuti ujian kemahiran bahasa Inggris.
- Para pendaftar internasional wajib memiliki nilai minimum TOEFL 500 atau IELTS 6.0 atau telah mencapai sebuah gelar dari sebuah universitas di mana bahasa utama nya adalah Bahasa Inggris ATAU kualifikasi Bahasa Inggris lainnya yang diterima oleh Senat.
