Untuk mengatasi perubahan lingkungan ekonomi dan perkembangan bisnis dari industri Fashion and Image Design. Program ini dirancang untuk memenuhi permintaan bakat industri yang ketat dan menuntut di sektor bisnis Film, TV, Entertaining dan pertunjukkan.
Program ini bertujuan untuk membina lulusan dan mengembangkan desainer untuk merancang karakter dan fashion sehubungan dengan persyaratan kinerja untuk memasuki pasar fashion dan hiburan.
Dengan arsip mode yang kuat mendukung dan melalui serangkaian praktik studio terstruktur, pelajaran ahli, dosen- dosen profesional yang bekerja dan kolaborasi dengan industri; lulusan mampu bekerja mandiri mengembangkan dari konsep sampai realisasi output di kostum periode timur dan barat; alat peraga, aksesoris dan desain karakter untuk pertunjukkan.
Program ini dirancang dengan penekanan tambahan pada pelatihan generik, bahasa dan komunikasi, pengembangan penuh dan pengalaman di tempat kerja untuk mempersiapkan siswa dengan lebih baik untuk studi lebih lanjut dan pekerjaan setelah lulus.

Siswa Internasional:
- Pendaftar dengan kualifikasi akademik yang diperoleh dari sekolah menengah di luar Hong Kong akan dinilai secara individual oleh departemen yang bersangkutan.
