About National College of Art and Design
National College of Art dan Desain (NCAD) didirikan tahun 1746 sebagai sekolah menggambar swasta yang didirikan oleh Robert Barat Lane George. Pada awal, NCAD saja mulai sebagai sekolah swasta dan gambar telah menjadi lembaga nasional mendidik lebih dari 1.500 hari dan malam mahasiswa sebagai seniman, desainer dan pendidik seni. NCAD telah bacame sebuah perguruan tinggi yang diakui dari Universitas Nasional Irlandia sejak tahun 1996. Dan kemudian NCAD diambil alih oleh Masyarakat Dublin dan kemudian Royal Dublin Society (RDS).

National College of Art dan Desain terletak di 100 Thomas Street, Dublin 8. Kampus ini terletak di jantung Hub Digital Dublin, dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari Museum Irlandia seni modern ke barat, dan kuartal budaya Dublin, Temple Bar ke timur.
